Nytida acquires family care company

Nytida, a part of the Ambea group, aquires Alternatus Familia AB.

Alternatus Familia, founded 2015, provides family care in Sweden. Revenue for financial year 2020/2021 was 24 MSEK. The aquisition was closed on May 2, 2022.
