Nytida acquires Friab's operations within individual and family care
Nytida, part of the Ambea Group, acquires the care provider Friab's operations in foster homes, HVB homes (homes for care or residence) and assisted living facilities.
The operations included in the acquisition are units within foster home care, four HVB homes for children and youth, one HVB home for adults, three assisted living facilities, two daily activity units, one assisted living facility for care receivers with lesser care needs, and one supported living facility under contract management.

Friab started in 2001 and the operations are located in Stockholm, Södermanland, Västra Götaland, Kronoberg, Halland, Skåne and Kalmar. The head office is located in Helsingborg. The operations have a total of approximately 200 employees. Annual sales for the acquired operations in 2023 was approximately 180 million SEK. The acquisition was closed on November 5, 2024.
