Nytida acquires Pusselbitens skola

Nytida, a part of Ambea group, acquires Pusselbitens skola (school). The operation focuses on students with autism spectrum disorders and contains two schools and a short-term housing operation in Skåne.

Pusselbitens skola was establish in 2013, the school has around 40 students, 15 care receivers in short-term housing operation and 80 employees. Revenue for 2018 was 36 MSEK. Through the acquisition, Nytida has fourteen schools around Sweden.
