American Traffic Solutions Announces School Bus Safety Campaign - Flashing Red, Kids Ahead
Tempe, Arizona —American Traffic Solutions (ATS) recognizes National School Bus Safety Week on Oct. 22-26, 2012, reminding motorists to exercise caution when school buses are stopped and boarding or disembarking children. Schools and law enforcement nationwide are using the week as an opportunity to highlight the importance of school bus safety. ATS has developed a campaign, Flashing Red, Kids Ahead, to inform motorists about the laws and safe practices to take when approaching a school bus.
Every school day in the United States, more than 70,000 motorists illegally pass school buses as they stop to let students on and off.
