AMETEK Power Instruments Releases New Power Line Carrier 1-RU Hybrids

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – AMETEK Power Instruments announces the release of Power Line Carrier 1-RU Hybrids.  The hybrids are available in both balanced and skewed types, allowing for multiple power line carrier transmitters/receivers to be joined together without interfering with one another.

Up to four hybrids can be mounted on one rack unit versus three in the previous two rack unit model.  Testing can be done without taking the unit out of service with optional in-line test point/pushbutton added to the output to measure signal levels and reflected power.
