Grainger Offers NCC Dust Collector Sequential Timer Controls
WEST CHICAGO, IL, USA – W.W. Grainger, Inc. now offers dust collector sequential timer controls from AMETEK National Controls Corp (NCC). The NCC models included are DNC-T2003 through DNC-T2032 output sequencers that are used either for pulse-jet type dust collectors or pneumatic conveying systems in either continuous or on-demand cleaning applications.
The versatile sequencers are used to control from three to 32 solenoid outputs. They feature small footprint to save on enclosure costs, advanced surface mount component technology for reliable and trouble-free operation, and digital microprocessor controlled circuitry for precise pulse timing.
They offer universal AC voltage range, RoHS compliant construction and are supplied on a metal chassis for mounting directly in a NEMA 4 box. Retrofit models are available for direct drop in replacement of former products.
The timer controls are simple to program with on/off times and last output used via keypad. All programming is done using three buttons: up, down and select. The controls have non-volatile memory for retaining programmed settings and a 3-digit, 7-segment display for ease of viewing controller operation.
The controls are available from W.W. Grainger, North America’s leading supplier of maintenance, repair and operating products, with operations in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Grainger distributes more than one million products from 4,000+ manufacturers. More information is available at www.grainger.com
