AMSC ASA - Ex dividend today

Lysaker, 6 March 2023

Reference is made to the Company's Q4 2022 report, regarding the Board's authorization to pay a quarterly dividend of USD 0.12 per share to the shareholders of AMSC on record as of 7 March 2023.  The shares in AMSC ASA will be traded ex dividend USD 0.12 as from today, 6 March 2023.  The NOK amount per share will be 1.2504 and will be paid on or about 15 March 2023.  The dividend is classified as a return of paid in capital.
