AMSC ASA – Ex-dividend today

Lysaker, 24 October 2023 – Reference is made to the Company announcement on 19 October 2023 regarding the Board’s authorization to pay an additional dividend of USD 2.366 per share to the shareholders of AMSC on record as of 25 October 2023.  The shares in AMSC ASA will be traded ex dividend USD 2.366 per share as from today, 24 October 2023.  The NOK amount per share will be 26.19 and will be paid on or about 1 November 2023.  The additional dividend is classified as a regular dividend.
