Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published 30 October 2023, where AMSC’s Board of Directors has decided to propose to the EGM a dividend to AMSC’s shareholders of USD 0.05 per share to be paid March 2024.

Dividend amount in NOK: 0.5362 per share

Declared currency: USD

Last day including right: 5 March 2024

Ex-date: 6 March 2024

Record date: 7 March 2024

Payment date: on or about 15 March 2024

Date of approval: The proposed distribution of the cash dividend was approved by the EGM of AMSC ASA on 20 November 2023.
