James Scicluna will step down from the Angler Gaming board for personal reasons

James Scicluna has informed the board of directors of Angler Gaming PLC that he will be stepping down from his position as a board member, since the increase in his other commitments would not allow him to dedicate sufficient time to the board duties. Dr Scicluna will be leaving the board at the end of this month.  The board thanks Dr Scicluna for his contribution to the company over the years.
