ÅF Group acquires consulting company in Borås, Sweden

ÅF Group acquires consulting company in Borås, Sweden The ÅF Group has acquired the electrical consulting company, Eltekniska Projekteringsbyrån (EP-Byrån) in Borås, western Sweden, and will be integrating the activities of the newly acquired company with other electrical engineering operations within the Group. EP-Byrån has eight employees whose work is concentrated mainly on project planning, inspection and testing within the construction industry and property management. Installation operations will also be developed further with special regard to power supply, lighting and telecommunications technology, all of which are areas of expertise where EP-Byrån already possesses specialist skills. The company also holds EN authorisation and has a client register of approximately 800 factories and plants for whom it carries out regular auditing services. The company has a record of good profitability.
