ÅF signs cooperation agreement with Siemens - confirms the Group's strong standing in the nuclear power industry The ÅF Group has signed an agreement with the Siemens Power Generation Group concerning cooperation in the nuclear power industry. The two parties will work together on modernisation projects and providing other services for players in the nuclear power industry, primarily for Sweden's nuclear power plants. Siemens Power Generation Group (KWU) is currently working hard to make inroads into the nuclear power industry in Sweden, and has chosen to work together with the ÅF Group to this end. "Our aim is to become a leading supplier to the Swedish nuclear power industry," says Reiner Druschel, Sales Director at Siemens. "In the ÅF Group we have found a partner with an impressive knowledge of the industry and unique experience of working with nuclear power plants."
