Mandal Dyreklinikk joins AniCura
AniCura, one of Europe’s leading providers of high-quality veterinary care for companion animals, has acquired Mandal Dyreklinikk. The partnership with AniCura provides the clinic and its staff with access to an extensive network of expertise to facilitate future development.
Mandal Dyreklinikk was founded in 2004 by veterinarians Aud Thelin and Thomas Nymoen. The clinic attends ca 5 000 patients annually from Mandal and other parts of Sørlandet.
In addition to policlinic veterinary services, the clinic provides services within surgery, dental care, x-ray and ultrasound. The clinic is also highly experienced in skin diseases and rehabilitation. Thomas Nymoen is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP) and Aud Thelin is well underway to receive international certification in dermatology (GPCD).
Mandal Dyreklinikk moved into its current premises close to the centre of Mandal in 2012. The premises are of a high standard and comprise examination rooms, operating theatre and laboratory. The clinic has a modern rehabilitation area with a water treadmill and laser treatment.
– We look forward to becoming part of AniCura and participate in AniCura’s professional collaboration in Sørlandet. This will put us in touch with an even greater number of highly capable colleagues who share our vision, and it will allow us to offer our customers and patients even better service and broader veterinary expertise, says Practice Manager Thomas Nymoen.
– We bid a warm welcome to Mandal Dyreklinikk. Their expertise and high ambitions will make a positive contribution to the AniCura family and above all to our customers and patients in Sørlandet and Norway as a whole, says Øyvind Johnsen Brøgger, Business Area Manager AniCura Norway.
