Tierärztliche Klinik vom Bökelberg in Germany joins AniCura

The acquisition broadens AniCura’s offering of high quality veterinary services in Germany and provides Tierärztliche Klinik vom Bökelberg with a strong professional partner and a wide network of veterinary colleagues and expertise.
Tierärztliche Klinik vom Bökelberg was founded in the 1950’s and is currently run by veterinarians Dr. Claus Krampe, Dr. Arnd Stelljes and Sven Döhmen. The clinic, with its team of 45 veterinary professionals, provide around-the-clock veterinary services to its 35 000 patients each year. Approximately ¾ of patients are referred from other veterinary clinics and practices.
The clinic provides a wide range of specialised veterinary services in surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology and dermatology. Since 2009 the clinic resides in purpose built facilities of 1 200 square meters, comprising operation theatres, nursing wards, an in-house laboratory as well as technology for dialysis and a blood bank. Furthermore, the clinic is well equipped for diagnostic imaging, with heart ultrasound apparatus, CT (Computed Tomography), MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), endoscopy and digital X-ray.
