Learn to prepare and cook a three course meal using local seasonal produce to create healthy dishes. The young chefs will learn to cook one meat or fish and one vegetarian option for each course. Classes will begin at 10.30 and be followed by a light lunch and refreshments in The Brasserie. All young chefs will receive a recipe folder pack. Classes are suitable for children aged 8 years and over. Places are limited to 8 young cooks per course.
