Norbert Niederkofler is the creative genius behind the 2 Michelin Star restaurant, St. Hubertus, at the Rosa Alpina. This year he has teamed up with 8 mountain “hütten” across the Alta Badia region to exhibit the best of Ladin fresh produce and local wines. The recipes at each hütte have been created by local Michelin Star chefs together with 5 others from Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Norbert’s dish will be Tortelli pasta stuffed with speck paté and bufala ricotta cheese accompanied by a delicious Alto Adige Bianco at the Ütia Bioch hütte. In recent years Norbert is one of 3 chefs within the small 20km area that has a Michelin Star to his name making Alta Badia an incredibly unique gastronomic experience. When you’ve tried all 8 dishes at the different hütten you can walk, bike or hike amongst the Dolomites using local maps and chair lifts to explore the area.
