Dining reaches new heights at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur with the opening of the exclusive Mandarin Grill and MO Bar in February 2010. The Mandarin Grill is situated at the former Pacifica Restaurant which has been upgraded and moved to its new location adjacent to the new Sultan Lounge. The exclusive and contemporary modern grill restaurant is presided over by Chef de Cuisine, Cedric Darthial, and aims to satisfy both local and international food connoisseurs with a range of classic dishes with a modern twist.
