Lucknam Park Chef Completes the Treble with another Prestigious Award Mark Stinchcombe is Young Chef of the Year at The Restaurant Association Awards Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa, Colerne, Wiltshire is delighted to announce that their Brasserie Junior Sous Chef, Mark Stinchcombe has been awarded ‘Young Chef of the Year 2010’ at The Restaurant Association Awards. This comes at a particularly exciting time for Mark who has recently won ‘Young National Chef of the Year’ at the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards and also the ‘Award of Excellence’ at The Academy of Culinary Arts Awards 2010. The Competition, which is organised by The Restaurant Association, is a national competition for youngsters aged 25 and under. Mark was awarded his prize at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower on Wednesday 20th October. It is an enormous achievement that 22 year old Mark has won all three of these prestigious awards at this stage of his career. This latest achievement once again highlights Hywel Jones, Executive Chef’s skills as an excellent team leader who balances motivation, discipline and praise. Mark can now look to follow in the footsteps of Lucknam Park’s very own Roux Scholar, Hrishikesh Desai, and aim for some senior accolades.
