He established the New York restaurant Lutéce in 1961 – which was long considered one of the city’s most famous restaurants and was one of the first chefs in America to emphasise the freshest possible ingredients. Since his retirement in 1995, Andre has been consulting to some of the most high profile restaurants in the world – coming out of retirement for only a few select events… so this is indeed a treat. During his week at Curtain Bluff, Andre will be sharing some of his cooking secrets, his wine matching tips and his general knowledge with guests.
