Altia’s financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2020
Altia Plc will publish the financial statements bulletin, the half-year report and two business reviews in 2020 as follows:
13 February 2020: Financial Statements Bulletin for 2019
29 April 2020: Business Review for January-March 2020
19 August 2020: Half-Year Report for January-June 2020
6 November 2020: Business Review for January-September 2020
Altia applies a silent period of 30 days before the publication of financial reports.
The Annual Report 2019 including the financial statements, Board of Directors' report, Auditor's report, the Corporate Governance statement and the remuneration statement will be published in English and Finnish on Altia’s website during week 10 (the week starting on 2 March).
Altia Plc’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020 is planned to be held on Wednesday, 25 March 2020 in Helsinki. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM later.
A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request should be sent to the Board of Directors on Friday, 10 January 2020 at the latest.
