Anora’s Annual Report 2022 and Remuneration Report 2022 have been published
Anora Group Plc has published its Annual Report 2022 today. The Annual Report consists of the Business Review, the Report by the Board of Directors, the Non-financial Statement, the Disclosure according to the EU Taxonomy Regulation, the Financial Statements with notes, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report, and the Sustainability Report for 2022. The Annual Report is published in Finnish and English.

Anora’s Annual Report 2022 is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as an XHTML file and as a pdf file. In line with the ESEF requirements, the Group’s primary financial statements and notes have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Anora Group’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).
