Anoto Group AB to Close its Oakland Offices

In order to focus even more on its forms business, Anoto will close its Oakland offices in California and as a result reduce the running cost.

The Oakland offices have to a large extent been active in Anoto’s business area for Content & Applications. Anoto plans to maintain presence in the San Fransisco Bay area to support its forms business and current partners.

“These are natural steps in focusing on the growing high-margin forms business and at the same time reduce costs” says Anoto’s CEO Anders Norling.

Rental and severance costs related to the closure will be reserved for in the fourth quarter and are estimated to MSEK 18.
