Anoto Group's subsidiary C Technologies AB lands further orders for ASIC chips C Technologies AB has secured further orders for 740.000 ASIC chips (C Technologies' proprietary System-on-a-chip Argus) valued at around SEK 41 million. Some 140.000 of these chips will be delivered in December this year, representing an order value in excess of SEK 8 million. This means that the total value of chips delivered this year amounts to approx. SEK 79 million. Order value for the 600.000 chips to be delivered in January 2003 is slightly more than SEK 33 million. The company has thus in 2002 received orders for about 2 million chips at a total value of around SEK 112 million. "The latest orders for 740.000 chips indicate strong market interest in our technology. We are selling our chips with a good margin, and in addition royalties will be generated at a later stage", says Christer Johansson, President, C Technologies AB.
