ElektroSandberg Relies on a Digital Time Reporting System for Greater Efficiency

ES ElektroSandberg, a Swedish technology and building firm, makes life easier for its mobile assemblers with a time reporting system based on Anoto functionality. Five hundred assemblers currently use the system solution developed in cooperation with Teleca, one of Anoto's partners.

With the exception of a digital pen and time reporting form, assemblers work the same way as they always have. A mobile phone transmits the written information directly into the company’s time reporting system without any need for manual processing. Assemblers receive an SMS message confirming that the transmission was successful. They spend less time dealing with the Internet and more time with customers. Meanwhile, invoicing and project monitoring efforts go more quickly. ”Our goal is for all our assemblers to have access to simple, IT-based tools,” says Nisse Wollmer, IT Manager at ES ElektroSandberg. “Since we aim to be the leading technology company in the fields of energy and communication, it’s only logical that we be the first to use the kinds of leading-edge solutions that make our business more efficient. Considering that this technology really is in the forefront, implementation has gone extraordinarily smoothly. The next step involves the digitalization of additional forms in order to speed up a number of time-consuming processes.” For more information Charlotte Laveson IR&PR Manager Anoto Group AB +46 733 478620 Nisse Wollmer IT Manager ES ElektroSandberg + 46 771-33 00 33 Lars Kruuse Business Manager Teleca +46 703 791016
