April 20, 2006 – Anoto announced today that Logitech sold 5 million Anoto shares between April 12 -18, 2006, thereby decreasing its ownership in Anoto from 9,4 percent to 5,5 percent. With the sale of these shares, Logitech’s current investment in Anoto remains at the level of the company’s original investment. “We remain very positive about the potential for digital writing,” said David Henry, Logitech senior vice president of the control devices business. “We recently launched an enhanced retail version of our digital writing product based on the Anoto technology, and we continue to be very encouraged by the increasing interest in the forms-based enterprise business. While remaining one of the largest owners in Anoto, Logitech hopes to support the future success of Anoto through our continued Board representation.”
