The Anoto Group Nomination Committee proposal to be released about two weeks before the shareholders meeting on May 16, 2006.

The Nomination Committee will release its proposal for election of new board in Anoto Group AB about two weeks before the shareholders meeting that will take place at Anoto’s Headquarters at Emdalavägen 18, in Lund on May 16, 2006, at 4 PM. Svein Carlsson has resigned from the Nomination Committee, since he was representing Odin Förvaltning AS that has sold its shares in Anoto, representing app. 2.4 % of the outstanding shares in Anoto. He will not be replaced.
