The Company’s Nomination Committee, consisting of Chairman Stein Revelsby (Norden Technology) and members Bernard Gander (Logitech), Britt Reigo (Robur) and Christer Fåhraeus (Chairman of the Board of Anoto Group AB), proposes the following for the Board of Anoto Group AB: • Seven (7) Board Members and no deputy Board Members • An annual Board Fee of SEK 1,500,000, of which SEK 450,000 is to be paid to the Chairman of the Board and SEK 175,000 to each of the Board Members • Fees to the auditors according to approved invoice • Re-election of the Board Members Christer Fåhraeus, Lars Jarnryd, Märtha Josefsson and Stein Revelsby and election of Håkan Eriksson, Bernard Gander and Hans Otterling as new Board Members until end of next Annual General Meeting • Election of Hans Otterling as Chairman of the Board Per Boasson, Kjell Duveblad, David Henry and Nils Rydbeck have declined re-election. Hans Otterling is Vice Chairman in StreamServe Inc. and Board Member in Protect Data AB, Primelog AB, Mobispine AB, and Swedish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (Svenska Riskkapitalföreningen). Bernard Gander is Vice President, Corporate Business Development, at Logitech. Bernard Gander has no other board assignments. Håkan Eriksson is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Research and Development, and Chief Technology Officer in the Ericsson Group. Håkan Eriksson has no other board assignments. Hans Otterling will, in addition to the assignment as Chairman of the Board, also be providing the Company with consulting services within fields specified by the Board. The consulting services will encompass a minimum of one week work per month. The remuneration for these consulting services will be SEK 75,000 per month, for as long as the Board considers there is a need for the services, however no longer than 12 months.
