Change in Board of Directors of Lännen Tehtaat plc

Lännen Tehtaat Board member Matti Tikkakoski has announced that he is resigning his membership of the Board, to take effect on 3 May 2013, as he is to take up the duties of Board chairman at Finnprotein Oy.
