Johan Björklund, Catella Holding, new APIS board member At an APIS Extraordinary General Meeting today, Johan Björklund was appointed as a new member of the board. Johan Björklund is the financial director of Catella Holding and has long experience in the development of training companies. In June this year APIS made a directed share issue for SKr 100 million, of which Catella Holding subscribed for half. "I have come to know APIS as a well-managed company, with a strong business concept and a unique market position," says Johan Björklund, financial director for Catella Holding. "I am looking forward to being a part of the company's continued expansion." "Johan Björklund is going to further strengthen the board's financial competence," says Malcolm Sjödahl, chairman of the board at APIS. "He has more than ten years' experience developing training companies in an international milieu." Besides Johan Björklund APIS's board of directors consists of Malcolm Sjödahl (chairman of the board), Niklas Hallenberg, Fredi Hedenberg and Sven J. Sigling. At the Meeting it was also decided to create an employee co-ownership programme and to change the company's financial year to follow the calendar year.
