New share issue of MSEK 100 in APIS APIS has made a directed share issue for MSEK 100. APIS is an international competence provider in Mobile Telecoms and Wireless Internet. The new investors in APIS are Catella Holding, SEB Fonder and Grimaldi Industri. In a short time, APIS has become a leader in competence development for Mobile Telecoms and Wireless Internet. APIS conducts supplier-independent training in all parts of the world. To meet the large demand of the market, the company is currently implementing a series of changes. The new capital will primarily be used for financing product development and continuing international expansion, particularly in Europe and the USA. "We have come to know APIS as a well-managed company, with a strong business concept and a unique market position," says Johan Björklund, financial director for Catella Holding, who have invested in half of the new share issue. "We are looking forward to actively participating in the continued development of the company."
