Harvested between the 10th and 15th of April 2008, the Schubert Wine Pinot Noir Block B 2008 is made from hand picked grapes, cultivated and carefully plucked at the Schubert Vineyard at the end of a long, hot summer and dry autumn. These perfect conditions were accompanied by an attention to detail that includes only storing two layers of grapes per basket, avoiding damage to the delicate skins and a gentle processing suited to the notoriously tricky Pinot Noir varietal.
