Signage company capitalises on knowledge with new maintenance division

Creative sign and display manufacturer, Leading Edge, has expanded its offering by launching a new sign maintenance service.

The company has taken on a dedicated team of maintenance engineers who are already delivering on repair and protect contracts across the country. The service includes proactive packages to prevent the deterioration of signage, as well as packages to mitigate existing damage or wear and tear, all designed to extend the working lives of signs, protect their safety and appearance.

Matthew Evans, managing director of Leading Edge, explains: “We wanted to extend our existing after-care service by bringing in a specialist team devoted to maintaining signs and maximising their life-span.

“Through close relationships with our clients, we have come to know and understand their issues and priorities.

“Safety has always been a big concern with any business which has signage. Now we can offer regular maintenance checks to ensure the safety of staff, customers and passers-by, providing piece of mind for the business owner.

“We also know that signs incorporating lighting features can require more intensive care than other non-illuminated features due to the electrical components involved such as fluorescent tubes and LED modules.
