Appspotr Asia is now, with the support of Novel Unicorn, in final talks regarding additional deals with strategic partners in China. The deals are connected to the second milestone in the cooperation agreement between Appspotr and Novel Unicorn.

The cooperation agreement between Appspotr and Novel Unicorn was structured around five milestones, where the first two were to sign deals that lays the groundwork for reaching the sales targets in the last three. For each milestone reached, Novel Unicorn is granted warrants for shares in Appspotr while Appspotr’s ownership in Appspotr Asia increases. The first milestone was regarding payment solutions and has, as has been communicated earlier, already been reached.

The second milestone focuses on deals with strategically important partners that creates conditions for reaching the sales targets in the last three milestones. The evaluation of the deals that are now being negotiated is estimated to be complete no later than March 31st.
