Industri-Matematik International (IMIC) announces interim CFO Industri-Matematik to host first quarter conference call on August 28 STOCKHOLM, Sweden - August 19, 2002 - Industri-Matematik International Corp. (Nasdaq: IMIC) - the Order Company - today announced, effective today, Sue Salvesen has been appointed interim Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Industri-Matematik. Ms. Salvesen succeeds Karl Asp, who resigned his position to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Asp will be available to ensure a smooth transition. Ms. Salvesen has more than 18 years of senior management experience in technology companies. Most recently, she was CFO for Mockingbird Networks, a private VoIP provider. Prior to that, Ms. Salvesen was CFO and Senior Vice President Finance and Operations for Quintus Corporation, an eCRM software provider where she led the company's initial public offering (IPO). Prior to joining Quintus, Ms. Salvesen served as CFO for Unify Corporation and AG Associates where she led their initial public offerings.
