Danish Azets chooses fast-growing fintech company Aptic as a partner to develop and strengthen Azets' debt collection and credit management business. Both Azets and Aptic aim to grow strongly in Denmark in the coming years.

Azets has many years of experience in payment reminder services and debt collection for small and large companies in a variety of industries, from everything from dentists to industrial companies.

- We needed a system that could support technological development in line with Azets other business areas and thus strengthen our debt collection business, says Helene Schleicher, Senior Manager, Azets Denmark of Azets Collectors. The obvious choice was Aptic ARC as the system enables the continued development of new services. Like Azets, Aptic has a high level of ambition and provides support in the business processes that we demand.

The implementation of Aptic ARC will strengthen and complement Azets' other products, enabling customers to use only one place for all financial, payroll and HR services. Through this unique position, where Azets can handle all of the customer's needs, the goal is for Azets to undergo strong growth in the coming years.

The collaboration with Azets means that Aptic is taking a clear step into the Danish debt collection market, a market that today has high expectations.

- This collaboration is exciting because Aptic's driving force is to enable rapid development of products and services that drive the fintech market forward. We see our role as a facilitator of fintech innovations in terms of both time-to-market and product and technology side. Together with Azets, we can both challenge and challenge in an area where major changes are happening right now, says Knut Eirik Storsul, CEO Aptic.

The implementation of Aptic ARC means a refinement of each flow in the process. This means a better user experience with simpler and smooth handling of communication with both customers and debtors.
