SDLP - Seadrill Partners LLC closes the acquisition for an additional 28% interest in Seadrill Operating LP

London, United Kingdom, July 21, 2014 - We refer to the press release dated July 17, 2014 which announced the transaction to acquire an additional 28% interest in Seadrill Operating LP for $373 million from Seadrill Limited.  Seadrill Partners LLC has completed the previously announced transaction and now owns a 58% interest in Seadrill Operating LP. Seadrill Operating LP has an ownership interest in three ultra-deepwater drilling rigs, West Aquarius, West Leo and West Cappella, and one semi tender rig, West Vencedor.
