SDLP - Seadrill Partners LLC closes the ultra-deepwater drillship West Auriga transaction

London, United Kingdom, March 26, 2014 - We refer to the press release dated March 11, 2014, which announced the transaction to acquire the 6th generation ultra-deepwater drillship West Auriga. Seadrill Partners LLC has now completed the previously announced transaction to acquire the West Auriga from Seadrill Limited with effect from March 24, 2014.
