London, United Kingdom, June 22, 2015 - We refer to the press release dated June 17, 2015, which announced the transaction to acquire the 6thgeneration ultra-deepwater drillship West Polaris. Seadrill Partners LLC has now completed the previously announced transaction to acquire the West Polaris from Seadrill Limited with effect from June 19, 2015.
