SDLP - Seadrill Partners LLC Second Quarter 2013 Cash Distribution

London, United Kingdom, July 26, 2013 - Seadrill Partners LLC (NYSE:SDLP) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended June 30, 2013 of US$0.4175 per unit, equivalent to an annual distribution of US$1.67.  This distribution represents an approximate 8% increase over the prior quarterly distribution level of US$0.3875.

This cash distribution will be paid on August 14, 2013 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 7, 2013.
