London, United Kingdom, October 27, 2016 - Seadrill Partners LLC (NYSE: SDLP) ("Seadrill Partners" or the "Company") announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended September 30, 2016 of $0.10 per unit, in line with the second quarter distribution.

This cash distribution will be paid on or about November 14, 2016 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 7, 2016.
