Copenhagen, Denmark, May 3, 2024 – Pursuant to section 38(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Aquaporin A/S (ticker: AQP) (“Aquaporin” or the “Company”) hereby notifies receipt of major shareholder notification.
Aquaporin has received notification that as a result of the dilution resulting from the completion of the rights issue (as announced by Aquaporin in a company announcement published on April 29, 2024), InterChina Water Treatment Hong Kong Company Ltd’s (“ICW”) shareholding continues to be a total of 809,590 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 each, which now corresponds to 3.5% of the total share capital and voting rights in Aquaporin.
ICW is a limited liability company organised under the laws of Hong Kong under the registration number 1664330 with its registered address at Room 1003 10/F Tower 1 LIPPO Centre 89 Queensway Admirality HK. ICW is ultimately controlled by Heilongjiang InterChina Water Treatment Co., Ltd.
