Copenhagen, Denmark, April 25, 2024 – Pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19, Aquaporin A/S (ticker: AQP) (“Aquaporin” or the “Company”) hereby notifies receipt of information of the following transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Aquaporin and persons closely associated with them in Aquaporin’s shares and other financial instruments linked thereto.

Reference is made to company announcement no. 09/2024 dated April 25, 2024, regarding the results of the rights issue (the “Rights Issue”).

Transactions made in connection with the Rights Issue

In connection with the Rights Issue, the attached transactions have been made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Aquaporin and persons closely associated with them in Aquaporin’s shares and other financial instruments linked thereto.

Aquaporin has received notifications on transactions notifiable under the Market Abuse Regulation article 19 from Niels Heering, Chair of the Board of Directors, Lars Hansen, member of the Board of Directors, Maciej Boczkowski, Chief Executive Officer, and Klaus Juhl Wulff, Chief Financial Officer, as well as from M. Goldschmidt Capital A/S and Silver Bear Holdings ApS, both, as closely associated persons to Søren Bjørn Hansen, Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors.
