Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on September 21, 2015. The fractional shares resulting from the reverse split have now been cancelled. Following the reverse split and cancellation of fractional shares, the total number of shares in issue for Archer Limited are 57,915,716 shares of par value US$0.01 each.
