Archer Limited: Annual report and ESG report for 2019

Archer has today published its annual report for 2019. The financial numbers in the annual report are identical to the preliminary full year 2019 results incorporated in the fourth quarter 2019 earnings release published on February 14, 2020.

In addition, please find enclosed Archer`s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report for 2019.  The ESG report has been prepared based on the framework established by the Sustainability Accounting Standard Board (SASB) and oil and gas service companies.
