Archer Limited: Kjell-Erik Østdahl resigns as Chairman and member of the Board

Hamilton, Bermuda (May 16, 2022)

Kjell-Erik Østdahl, Chairman of Archer Limited (ARCHER), has today resigned from the Board of Directors of Archer. The board would like to thank Mr. Østdahl for his substantial contribution to Archer.

The Board of Directors will proceed to elect a new Chairman of the Board in due course.
