Ajea Invest AS, a company owned 100% by board member in Arctic Bioscience AS, Asbjørn Solevågseide, has on 25 February 2021 acquired 17,500 shares in Arctic Bioscience AS. The shares were acquired at Euronext Growth Oslo at a price of NOK 28,4405 per share.

After this transaction, Ajea Invest AS holds 275,564 Shares in Arctic Bioscience AS directly, and 12.8% of the share capital in PIR IV Invest AS, which holds 2,188,250 Shares in the Company.
