Arctic Paper S.A. extends revolving credit facility

Arctic Paper S.A. has agreed with lenders BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., Santander Bank Polska S.A. and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on an extension of the company's credit facility (revolving credit facility) of the total value of EUR 19.8m and PLN 20mn to January 31, 2021 interest rate and other provisions remain unchanged.

The extension allows the company to complete an ongoing process that aims to simplify the debt structure, further optimize the conditions and reduce the costs of debt service.
