Arcus ASA: Vectura and Cuveco to investigate a merger

Vectura and Cuveco have agreed to investigate a merger of the two companies. In an industry with strong competition and low margins, the two players plan to establish a joint company that will develop even better services to their customers.

By merging the two companies, one will also achieve a size that makes it easier to invest for the future in automation, digitalisation and sustainable solutions.

Vectura and Cuveco complement each other well. A merger will use the best systems and routines from the two companies, ensuring that a combined company becomes stronger. In the first phase, the companies will operate as they do today, but with one management.
