    Arise initiates new share buyback program

    On 7 May 2024, Arise AB (below “Arise” or “the Company”) announced that the Board of Directors, based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting 2024, had resolved to initiate a buyback program. Within the framework of this buyback program, ordinary shares were repurchased for a total amount of approximately SEK 50 million.     Arise enters into a settlement agreement with previous service supplier

    Arise AB (publ) has today entered into a settlement agreement with a previous service supplier and the ongoing arbitration proceedings will therefore be ended. The settlement amount, which shall be paid by the service supplier, amounts to approximately SEK 30 million and is expected to be received in the fourth quarter 2024. The settlement implies a positive earnings effect of approximately SEK 10 million for the fourth quarter 2024.     Arise AB’s COO, Hans Carlsson, has decided to leave Arise for a new position as CEO for MS WinCon AB. His responsibilities will initially be divided between other members in the group management team.     Arise enters into agreement to sell 40 MW battery project

    Arise AB (publ) (”Arise”) has entered into an agreement with Flower Infrastructure Technologies AB (“Flower”) to sell the battery project Pajkölen with a capacity of 40 MW. The transaction covers all the shares in Pajkölen BESS AB, which owns the project rights. The purchase price will amount to a maximum of approximately SEK 30 million.
