Buy-back of shares in Arise during week 18, 2024 and conclusion of buyback program
During the period between 29 April and 3 May 2024, Arise AB (publ) (LEI code 549300FOT7EE85QYB655) (“Arise”) repurchased, in total, 23,909 own shares (ISIN code SE0002095604) under the share repurchase program initiated by the Board of Directors to deliver shareholder value and to optimize the capital structure of the company. This concludes the share buyback program that was commenced on 16 November 2023 and that could continue no longer than up until the date of the Arise AGM 2024. Arise has repurchased a total of 2,023,609 shares under the program, for a total value of SEK 84.0 million.
The share buy-backs form part of the share repurchase program, limited to a maximum amount of SEK 100 million, which Arise announced on 14 November 2023. The share repurchase program, which has been run from 16 November 2023 up until today, 6 May 2024, has been carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbor Regulation”). The objectives of the share buy-backs have been to adapt the Company’s capital structure to its capital requirements over time, and thereby contribute to increased shareholder value. The intention is currently to reduce Arise’s share capital through subsequent share cancellations.

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Kepler Cheuvreux on behalf of Arise. Following the above acquisitions, Arise’s holding of own shares as of today, 6 May 2024, amounts to 2,077,803 shares. The total number of shares in Arise amounts to 44,494,235.
